We are currently looking for several Outsystems Developers (Intermediate level) to work on a long-term remote project in LATAM.
Job Title: Outsystems Developer
Location: Fully remote in Latin America
Start Date: March 2026 (Flexible)
Length: Multi-year Contract. Long-term.
English level: Advanced (Minimum B2 level)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience developing web and mobile applications using outsystems (Obligatory).
- Proficiency in the outsystems platform, including the use of Service Studio, Integration Studio.
- Experience in architecture patterns, solution design and high performing application development.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable, secure and high-performance Outsystems applications.
- Extensive experience in developing screens, web blocks, timers, server/service actions, client actions, data actions etc. in outsystems
- Experience in customizing the UI of the screens based on the figma designs provided.
- Experience working with web technologies like ASP .NET, C#, or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working on relational database language like SQL/Oracle and writing T-SQL queries.
- Experience in using Outsystems architecture dashboard, discovery tool to validate application design and technical debt.
- Knowledge of relational data modelling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modelling tools.
- Experience in building apps with responsive web design compatible with various devices, exposing and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working in agile/scrum methodology of project delivery.
- Experience using tools like Azure Boards, Jira, confluence.
