About Us

We are a fast-growing eCommerce + manufacturing company operating in the gardening and home space. With a strong on-ground operations team and an expanding workforce, we are now looking for a dedicated HR Manager who will own our complete HR function — from hiring to compliance — working directly with the founder.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who takes full ownership, not just coordination.

What You'll Own

Recruitment & Hiring — End-to-end hiring across office and operations roles (telecalling, warehouse, admin, factory). Maintain daily hiring tracker and drive strong joining conversions.

Onboarding & Induction — Complete documentation, joining formalities, and structured induction for every new hire.

Performance Management — Run appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI setting, probation reviews, and PIPs in coordination with the founder.

Employee Retention & Engagement — Track attrition, conduct exit interviews, identify retention risks, and drive basic engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Employee Relations — Attendance, leave, employee records, HR letters, grievance handling, and HR policy management.

Exit Management & F&F Settlement — Own complete offboarding, Full & Final settlements, and issuance of all exit documents.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance — Payroll inputs coordination + independent hands-on filing of PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT). Own the monthly compliance calendar with zero defaults.

Labour Law & Contract Compliance — Statutory registers, annual returns, wage compliance, and contract labour management.

HR Reporting & Systems — Weekly MIS to founder + building scalable HR systems using Google Sheets/HRMS/ATS.

Who We're Looking For

🔹 5+ years of experience in an end-to-end HR Generalist or HR Operations role

🔹 Proven hands-on experience filing PF, ESIC, and PT independently

🔹 Strong hiring ownership with a good offer-to-joining conversion track record

🔹 Experience managing operations and blue-collar workforce compliance

🔹 Handled performance management cycles and F&F settlements

🔹 Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken + written)

🔹 Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; HRMS/ATS experience is a plus

Preferred Background: eCommerce, D2C, Manufacturing, Warehouse/Logistics or Retail industries

📍 Important – Location & Relocation

This is a fully on-site role based in Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Narsinghpur. Please apply only if you are open to relocation. Relocation assistance can be discussed for the right candidate.
