✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Manager to lead, support, and develop our team of designers while

maintaining exceptional creative quality across all outputs.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative expertise with leadership skills and

thrives in fast-paced environments.

You will play a key role in shaping creative direction, developing talent, and ensuring the

consistent delivery of high-performing design work.

🧩 What You’ll Do

🎯 Lead, coach, and support a team of designers to consistently deliver high-quality creative

work

🎯 Run regular 1:1 meetings focused on performance, feedback, growth, and well-being

🎯 Support onboarding and development of new designers

🎯 Review creative work and provide clear direction on concept, storytelling, and execution

🎯 Ensure consistent creative quality across all design outputs

🎯 Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities within the team

🎯 Collaborate with leadership and operations to improve creative performance🎯 Participate in hiring by reviewing portfolios and interviewing candidates

🎯 Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture

🔍 What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio

✅ 1–3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching designers

✅ Strong understanding of performance creative, especially digital ads

✅ Experience working in fast-paced creative or agency environments

✅ Strong creative judgment and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards

✅ Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving mindset

✅ Excellent communication skills in English

✅ Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
