Job Description


Client: Large Public Accounting Firm

Title: HRIS Associate – People & Culture (Oracle Cloud HCM – Performance Management)

Duration: 4+ Month Contract (Potential Extensions & Potential Contract-to-Hire)

Location: 100% Remote (Dallas, TX)

Compensation: $55 to $65/hour DOE (Corp-to-Corp)

Status: US Citizen or Green Card


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused HRIS Associate – People & Culture to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the firm’s Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, with a primary focus on Performance Management.


This role serves as a key operational partner to HR stakeholders and the HRIS team, ensuring smooth system functionality, responsive end-user support, and consistent HR technology processes.


Administrative & End-User Support

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries via the HR Helpdesk.
  2. Respond to, triage, and manage incoming tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
  3. Provide daily administrative support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Performance Management and reporting).
  4. Troubleshoot basic system issues and guide users to appropriate resources.
  5. Track, document, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed.


Documentation & Knowledge Management

  1. Create and maintain job aids, process documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
  2. Document business processes, minor system configurations, and operational procedures.
  3. Contribute to internal knowledge repositories to reduce repeat inquiries and improve user adoption.


HRIS Operations & System Administration

  1. Perform recurring operational and maintenance activities within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  2. Maintain system data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  3. Assist with auditing user roles, access permissions, and system configurations.
  4. Support testing and validation activities for system updates and enhancements.
  5. Identify and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.


Reporting & Data Support

  1. Provide administrative support for standard and ad hoc reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  2. Monitor reports and integrations, escalating discrepancies when identified.
  3. Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and usability.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  1. Partner with HR stakeholders to promote effective adoption and usage of HR systems.
  2. Utilize collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Smartsheet, and SharePoint for issue tracking and coordination.
  3. Provide flexible support for project-based or ad hoc administrative initiatives as needed.


Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 1+ year of experience supporting or administering HRIS or HCM systems
  2. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM strongly preferred (Performance Management module ideal)
  3. Experience in an HR, HRIS, or professional services support environment preferred
  4. Familiarity with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools preferred
  5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  6. Comfortable working within web-based enterprise systems
