🚀 Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer

Remote / Arnhem | English-Speaking Environment | Up to €6,500 gross per month

We are recruiting on behalf of an international IT Solution Provider with a strong and rapidly expanding presence across Europe. They are seeking a Senior D365 Customer Engagement Developer who wants full technical ownership, architectural influence, and the opportunity to shape enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

As a Senior D365 CE Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing customisations and integrations across large-scale international projects. In addition, you would have the opportunity to go beyond delivery and actively drive the technical direction of complex Microsoft D365 CE implementations.

You will:

• Lead development across Dynamics 365 CE modules using C#, Power Platform, and Dataverse
• Design and deliver scalable, high-quality CE and Power Platform solutions
• Architect integrations using Azure Services, API frameworks, and best‑practice patterns
• Oversee solution design, customisation, plug‑ins, workflows, and automation
• Manage release pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices

• Coordinate ISV solutions, system extensions, and integration partners
• Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and adherence to best practices
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor within the Microsoft Business Applications team

Your Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Strong hands‑on C# development skills (plug‑ins, custom workflow activities)
• Proven experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Web APIs, and integration patterns
• Solid Power Platform expertise: Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, PCF controls
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related cloud components
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, FetchXML, and data modelling in Dataverse
