This is not a production-only role. You’ll build custom WordPress themes, solve real business challenges, and work directly with clients to help them grow. If you care about results, not just deliverables, you’ll fit well here.

- Build custom WordPress themes from Figma designs
- Develop responsive layouts using Bootstrap 5
- Implement custom functionality (no heavy page builder reliance)
- Apply SEO best practices during development
- Perform content updates and feature enhancements
- Troubleshoot hosting, domain, and email issues
- Maintain security updates and backups
- Custom search and filtering systems
- eCommerce implementations
- AI integrations
- Custom plugin functionality
- Advise clients on improvement opportunities
- Contribute to SEO and paid ad direction
- Help identify ways to improve performance and results
