Job Description

Are you an early‑career SRE ready to take the next step? Our client is growing their platform team and is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with around two to three years’ experience to help scale, stabilise, and evolve their cloud‑native environment.

This is a fully remote role within the UK, offering the autonomy to shape modern infrastructure while being supported by a collaborative engineering culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting and improving the reliability, performance, and scalability of production systems
  • Working with Kubernetes‑based environments to deploy, manage, and optimise services
  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling
  • Collaborating with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines and overall platform resilience
  • Participating in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering role
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems, containers, and cloud‑native principles
  • Kubernetes experience (preferred) – whether hands‑on in production or strong working knowledge
  • Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
  • Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Helm, etc.) is a bonus
  • A problem‑solver who enjoys automation, reliability, and making systems better over time

What’s on offer

  • Salary up to £45,000
  • Fully remote working within the UK
  • Supportive engineering culture with room to grow into senior responsibilities
  • Opportunity to work with modern tooling and influence platform direction

If you’re passionate about reliability, love working with Kubernetes, and want to join a team where your ideas genuinely matter, we’d love to hear from you.
