Job Title: Technical Co-Founder


  • Location: Remote (Open Globally)
  • Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST / 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST
  • Nature of Role: Full-Time / Part-Time

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a visionary Technical Co-Founder to lead and shape the technical

strategy of our AI startup. As a core member of our founding team, you will develop the

technology stack, oversee product development, and ensure scalability. You will work

closely with leadership to execute innovative solutions that drive our mission and align with

our long-term goals. This role requires you to be hands on with coding during the tenure.


Role Responsibilities


Vision Setting

Alongside the business co-founder(s), the Technical Co-Founder helps set the strategic direction of the company, including defining the product vision and technological roadmap.


Product Development

Expected to heavily involve in the initial product development, often coding themselves or making critical architecture decisions.


Team Building

Lead the effort in hiring and managing the initial technical team, setting the culture and expectations.


Investor Relations

Participate in pitching to investors, explaining the technical approach and potential of the business.


Technical Understanding

A technical co-founder needs to be fluent in the technology they are working on, and be able to understand how it works and how other technologies work with it. Also be familiar with popular software tools and programming languages


Technical Problem Solving Skills

Be able to quickly identify and solve complex technical problems. They need to be able to think on their feet, come up with creative solutions, and communicate their ideas clearly.


Technical Creativity

A technical co-founder needs to be able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex technical problems.


Communication Skills

A technical co-founder needs to be able to effectively communicate their ideas and findings to other members of the team. They need to be able to write clear and concise code, and communicate changes effectively both verbally and in writing.


Leadership Skills

A technical co-founder needs to be able to lead a team of engineers and be responsible for the overall success of the company. They should have a deep understanding of the technology they are working on, as well as the industry they are entering


Qualification & Attributes:


● 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or

any software tech startups.

● Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.

● Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.

● Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.

● Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup

environment.

● Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and

stakeholders.

● Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
