We are known for our dedication to quality, sustainability, and international compliance standards.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our factory-level quality operations and maintain strict compliance with U.S. and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Quality Control (QC) department at the Nepal factory.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems and SOPs (StandardOperating Procedures).

• Ensure product testing, inspection, and evaluation meet both local andinternational standards.

• Oversee QC processes for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions(CAPA).

• Liaise with production, procurement, and engineering teams to drive continuousimprovement.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and other international qualitycertifications.

• Prepare monthly quality performance reports for submission to the U.S. leadershipteam.

• Train and mentor QC staff to strengthen technical knowledge and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, orrelated field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in QC/QA, ideally in manufacturingor export-oriented industries.

• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional communication.

• Strong understanding of international quality systems (ISO, GMP, ASTM, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills in English.

• Candidates from Nepal, India, or Bangladesh are welcome and encouraged toapply.

Preferred Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar certification.

• Experience working with U.S. or European clients and quality audit compliance.

• Capability to design and execute continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred).
