Job Summary:

Our client has an immediate need for (2) CyberArk Security professionals to assist with Production Support in an enterprise client environment. This position is a hands-on role and execution focused i.e. Troubleshooting, On-boarding accounts, and supporting Privileged Cloud/Identity and/or On-Prem CyberArk environments.

Our client is looking for candidates who have 3+ years of CyberArk production support experience (CPC-CDE preferred, CDE On-Prem accepted, but NOT a must), comfortable working in ticket-driven/SLA-focused environments (ServiceNow/JIRA), and are available during U.S. MST (Mountain Standard time), and understands enterprise level change control and processes.
