Lead event production: platform setup, runbooks, live moderation, technical troubleshooting, and on-the-day operations.
Collaborate with marketing and demand-gen teams to build event promotion plans, landing pages, email campaigns, and attendee journeys.
Own event budgets: track costs, process invoices, and identify opportunities to optimise spend while meeting KPIs.
Measure event performance: compile post-event reports, analyse attendee data, and recommend actionable improvements.
