What You’ll Do
As a Technical Recruiter (Contractor), you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across global markets. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to identify, assess, and place high-quality engineering and tech talent using our AI-powered platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top technical talent (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Product, etc.) through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and niche communities
- Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate skills, project depth, and cultural fit
- Match candidates to roles using AI-driven insights and client-specific technical requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand tech stacks, architecture needs, and business goals
- Manage multiple technical roles simultaneously across different geographies
- Support salary negotiations and offer management
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Provide structured feedback to continuously improve our AI recruiting engine

Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong experience hiring for engineering, product, data, or infrastructure roles
- Ability to understand tech stacks, frameworks, and development methodologies
- Proven success in placing technical candidates across multiple regions
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely across global time zones
