Staff Software Architect

Our client is a highly successful track-and-trace software company serving both regulators and the entire supply chain (Manufacturers, Logistics, Retail, etc) across the US. They’re in a period of high growth and are currently in need of a Staff Software Architect to partner with the CTO and act as a technical extension across teams and projects. You’ll operate across backend, platform, and mobile systems, actively driving solutions through hands-on technical work (Node and C# exp is a strong plus). As a force multiplier for the CTO, you’ll function as an Architect, technical fixer, and execution leader. B2B SaaS + startup experience is essential.

This is a fully remote role with occasional travel. Our client is based in Florida and they’re currently considering candidates residing in the Southeast + Central US.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

• 10+ years Senior-level Software Engineering experience
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is required (B2G exp is nice to have as well)
• Background in fast-pace software startup environments
• Proven ability to step into ambiguous or struggling initiatives and drive them to resolution
• Experience operating across backend, platform, and mobile systems
• History of shipping real products at scale
• Current AI adoption experience
