Job Description

Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia by space, attendance, colleagues, and revenue. It is a joint venture between Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF).

Tahaluf is bold, visionary, and determined to make an impact. Our team fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity, and a little fun. Here, teamwork rules, and work feels as exciting as the events we create. Scaling at this pace also requires exceptional local partners, and Tahaluf is proud to work with a range of government and non-government organisations at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s B2B and B2C large-scale events scene.

Be part of something BIG with Tahaluf’s series of record-breaking events: LEAP and Cityscape - the largest events in the world in their respective fields of tech and real estate; Black Hat MEA - a Guinness World Record holder for the largest CTF competition during the event; and CPHI Middle East - the largest pharma debut event in history, to name just a few. Tahaluf is making a huge impact on the global events sector.

Job Description

At Tahaluf, our website isn’t just a platform — it’s a living, breathing extension of our brands, communities, and world-class events. We’re looking for a Website Manager who thinks like a technologist, acts like a strategist, and obsesses over performance, experience, and impact.

As our Website Manager, you’ll own and elevate Tahaluf’s digital front door — ensuring our websites are fast, secure, intuitive, and constantly evolving.

What you will do:

  • Plan, implement, manage, and continuously optimise Tahaluf’s websites end-to-end
  • Act as the first responder for all website issues, troubleshooting with speed and precision
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve website security risks and breaches
  • Maintain and enhance HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and backend performance to meet evolving business needs
  • Optimise load speed, SEO performance, localisation, image/video assets, and topic clusters
  • Conduct regular content audits to improve quality, relevance, and eliminate duplication
  • Champion best-in-class UI/UX, working closely with vendors and third-party specialists
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, data, and commercial teams to ensure updates align with brand and growth strategy
  • Build and execute strategies to grow digital communities, increase traffic, and deliver measurable KPIs
  • Manage website domains, hosting, user accounts, and technical documentation
  • Ensure ADA compliance, governance standards, and provide clear reporting and insights
  • Liaise with vendors and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes at optimal cost
  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking competitor websites, emerging tools, and best practices
  • Adhere strictly to Informa’s technology, security, and compliance policies

Qualifications

What you will bring:

You’re technically strong, commercially aware, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Experience of managing complex, high-traffic websites
  • Strong hands-on expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, MySQL, and SQL
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as DNN and WordPress, including customisation and optimisation
  • Deep understanding of web servers, hosting environments, firewalls, and security audits
  • Proven experience in bug fixing, backend optimisation, and performance tuning
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices (metadata, redirects, image optimisation, accessibility)
  • Strong grasp of Google Analytics, AdWords, SEM, SMO, PPC, and traffic analysis
  • Experience managing content strategy, placement, and engagement based on performance insights
  • Familiarity with emerging web technologies such as chatbots, GCP, podcasts, and APIs
  • Degree in Computer Science / IT (B.E, MCA, BCA or equivalent)
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, crisis-management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Detail-driven, solution-focused, collaborative, and customer-first by nature

What you’re looking for:

  • The opportunity to shape and scale the digital presence of one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious event organisations
  • Ownership, autonomy, and the chance to influence strategy — not just execution
  • Exposure to global standards, cutting-edge technology, and high-impact digital assets
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture where ideas move fast and innovation is expected
  • The chance to work at the intersection of technology, content, marketing, and live experiences
  • A role where your work is seen, measured, and celebrated — every single day
