Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior VP Business Development - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving new business growth and scaling revenue across core solution areas. As a key executive leader, you will set the sales strategy, build pipeline momentum, and oversee disciplined execution across prospecting, deal management, and client acquisition. Your expertise in performance marketing and digital transformation will help facilitate strategic growth initiatives and advance our client partnerships. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with high-performing teams globally.

Accountabilities

  • Own a revenue target and consistently win new business for the organization
  • Demonstrate deep expertise across paid media strategy, activation, and performance outcomes
  • Position solutions that align marketing investment with measurable business impact
  • Independently lead owned opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Support and deliver paid media audits and strategic proposals
  • Build persuasive, insight-driven business cases tailored to client objectives
  • Diagnose client business challenges early in discovery and prioritize their needs
  • Generate a minimum of 20% of your pipeline through proactive prospecting efforts
  • Adhere to established sales processes and maintain Salesforce hygiene
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from sale to delivery

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience in sales and/or account management
  • Strong experience in retail media and/or eCommerce environments
  • Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Ability to interpret market dynamics and performance data
  • Strong fluency in retail media KPIs and measurement frameworks
  • Experience building and managing a robust pipeline from prospecting to close
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities
  • Strong writing skills for proposals and strategic recommendations
