Job Description
Company: Inquivix
Location: Remote (Southeast Asia preferred; UTC+7 to UTC+9)
Type: Full-Time
About Inquivix
Inquivix is a digital marketing agency based in Seoul, South Korea. We specialize in helping international companies enter and grow in the Korean market through Naver SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and strategic consulting. Our clients range from global hospitality brands to B2B technology companies. We operate as a fully remote team across Southeast Asia and Korea.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to own the client delivery end-to-end. This is not a coordination role. You will be the final quality gate between our team and our clients. You will own timelines, deliverable quality, team accountability, and client confidence across multiple concurrent projects.
You will report directly to the CEO and work alongside our existing coordination and marketing team. Your job is to ensure that nothing reaches a client without your review, no deadline is missed without early warning, and no blocker sits unresolved for more than 24 hours.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end delivery across 5–8 concurrent client projects
- Quality review of all client-facing deliverables before they ship (content, designs, landing pages, reports)
- Timeline enforcement: internal deadlines, client deadlines, and the buffer between them
- Blocker resolution: identifying what’s stuck and unblocking the team proactively, not waiting to be told
- Client decision management: driving pending approvals, budget confirmations, and scope sign-offs to closure instead of letting them drift
- Escalation: raising risks to the CEO with structured context, impact assessment, and a recommendation — not just a problem
- Weekly delivery reporting: producing clear, actionable summaries of project status, risks, and outcomes
- Team accountability: ensuring contributors meet commitments and quality standards

What You Will NOT Own
- Pricing decisions or contract negotiation
- Marketing strategy or campaign optimization
- Tool or platform development
Everything else in delivery is yours.
Must Have Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in a digital agency, marketing services firm, or client-facing services company
- Proven experience managing 5+ concurrent client projects with overlapping deadlines
- Track record of owning delivery outcomes, not just tracking tasks — you have caught problems before they reached clients and driven decisions to closure
- Structured communication: you write clear status updates, escalation notes, and client emails without hand-holding
- Fluent English (written and verbal) — our client communication, documentation, and internal coordination are in English
- Experience working in remote, async teams across time zones
- Comfortable with project management tools

Strong Advantage
- Experience with the Korean market or Korean clients
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or digital marketing delivery workflows
- Experience managing designers and developers (not just marketers)
- Korean language ability (not required, but valuable for client-facing work)
What We Are NOT Looking For
- Task trackers who wait to be told what to do
- People who equate "project management" with updating a board and sending reminders
- Candidates who cannot write a structured escalation without coaching
- Anyone who needs to be managed closely
How We Work
- Remote-first: team distributed across Southeast Asia and Korea
- Delivery cadence: daily standups, midweek risk checks, weekly planning, and review
- Culture: ownership over process, clarity over volume, proactive over reactive
- We have detailed SOPs and governance documentation. You will be expected to learn and enforce them, not reinvent them.
