Lead Designer

Salary Offering: €40,000.00 (negotiable, based on experience)

We are T&EM, a new generation marketing agency on mission to make transformation and empathy move as one with our clients’ brands. We’re based in Vienna, operating internationally, and offer a broad scope ranging from Brand Management to Advertising.

T&EM isn’t reinventing the ad agency wheel, we’re making it spin better. Our internal structure is built around cross-departamental collaboration, streamlining the briefing-to-production process. With two main departments, IDEAS and OPPORTUNITIES, silos are non-existent.

If you’re tired of riding alone, we’ve got an empty saddle for a lead designer who is ready to hop on and add to our pedalling-power.

As a lead designer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design output, working closely with both departments. Your day-to-day could involve exploring new design tools, shaping creative assets, designing decks, and assisting the creative director with visual executions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Native-level English speaker, other languages are a bonus.
• A thorough design process and workflow, sustained by a sharp eye for detail.
• A curiosity for the latest design trends and tools around the world, and a desire to inject freshness into every project.
• A hands-on mentality that leads comfortably and collaborates efficiently.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Additional tools are a strong plus, but we also value people who are keen to keep learning and expanding their toolkit.
• Shows strong initiative, taking independent actions and calculated risks.
• Right to work in the EU.
• Based in Vienna (relocation required if applicable, this is not a remote/hybrid role).
