Head of Machine Learning

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Machine Learning to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $230,000 – $350,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmapping and execution of machine learning features and products
• Enhance team execution speed through technical leadership
• Oversee team growth by identifying needs and evaluating candidates
• Increase reliability through proactive incident management strategies
• Mentor team members and promote engagement and motivation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI leadership roles
• Strong background in data-driven product development
• Proven track record of managing and growing technical teams
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and ML infrastructure
