Role Overview: Appointment Setter (Contract, Remote)

As Chief People Officer, we’re looking for an Appointment Setter who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

This role is critical to our growth. You’ll be responsible for scheduling qualified meetings, engaging potential customers, and supporting our sales pipeline through clear communication and consistent follow-up. You’ll work closely with leadership and the sales team to help shape our outbound and qualification processes as we scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Schedule and manage qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Generate, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling tools
  • Support sales follow-ups and coordination across the team
  • Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and lead quality to improve our process

  • Experience with appointment setting and scheduling
  • Background in lead generation and relationship-building
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs and scheduling tools is a plus
