Position: Flutter Developer

• Lead technical design and development of cross-platform applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, authentication, and data

• Build and maintain shared component libraries and reusable UI frameworks.

• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Partner with QA and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and consistent release quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Software development experience, with Flutter/Dart experience.
• Strong foundation in cross-platform app development, state management, and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and mobile release automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design for scalability and performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
