We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented User Configuration Specialist to support complex user setup and access management operations.
This is a full remote, 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, designed to transition into a long-term position based on performance and business needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions across complex proprietary systems
- Processing internal and external user setup requests
- Troubleshooting access-related issues with precision and urgency
- Writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries to analyze and validate data
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Translating business requirements into system configuration actions
- Maintaining detailed documentation related to user setup processes

What We Are Looking For
🔹 Strong SQL Skills (Critical Requirement)
This position requires advanced SQL proficiency. Candidates must be comfortable:
