About the Opportunity
We are hiring a skilled, curious SEO Strategist to own the strategic direction of SEO campaigns across our white-label partner portfolio. This is primarily a strategy-first role — you will be responsible for diagnosing campaign performance, building and evolving SEO roadmaps, and making smart decisions about where campaigns should go and why.
While you will work with partners and communicate progress, your core value is your ability to think strategically, interpret data, and translate it into a clear, actionable plan that drives real results for local and multi-location businesses.
You will work closely with our fulfillment team to ensure execution aligns with your strategic direction, and with our account team to keep partners informed and confident in their campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Roadmapping
Own the strategic direction of each campaign in your portfolio. Develop and maintain clear, well-reasoned SEO roadmaps aligned with each client's goals, budget, and competitive landscape.
Continuously assess what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change. Adjust campaign strategy proactively rather than reactively, and document your thinking clearly so all parties stay aligned.
Identify opportunities across technical SEO, content, and authority-building that will move the needle for clients and prioritize them intelligently based on impact and available resources.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Regularly review campaign performance across your portfolio using live dashboards, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and AgencyAnalytics. Know your campaigns deeply — not just surface metrics, but what the data is actually telling you.
Translate performance data into clear insights and narratives. Be able to explain not just what happened, but why, and what you're doing about it.
Flag issues early, identify trends, and use data to support and evolve your strategic recommendations.

Partner Communication
Serve as a strategic point of contact for white-label partners when it comes to campaign direction, performance questions, and SEO guidance. While day-to-day relationship management may sit with an account manager, you are the strategic voice that partners trust.
Communicate complex SEO concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences. Give partners and their clients the context they need to see and understand the value being delivered.
What We're Looking For
You think in systems and strategy. You're the type who looks at a campaign and immediately starts asking why, why it's performing the way it is, what's been tried, and what the smartest next move is. You back your recommendations with data, but you also know when to trust your experience.
You communicate well. Not just in writing, but in how you frame ideas, present data, and walk someone through your thinking. Partners should leave every interaction feeling informed and confident.
You're organized and thorough. You manage multiple campaigns without letting things slip through the cracks, and your documentation is something other people can actually follow.
What You Must Have:
- Solid foundational SEO knowledge across technical, content, and off-page disciplines
- Experience building or contributing to SEO strategies, roadmaps, or audits
- Comfort interpreting performance data and turning it into clear recommendations
- Strong written communication — clear, professional, and confident
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and strong follow-through
What Will Give You an Edge:
- Agency or white-label SEO experience
- Experience presenting SEO performance in client-facing reports or calls
- Hands-on familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and AgencyAnalytics
- ClickUp or comparable project management tool experience
- Local SEO knowledge
