About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Unity Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of building and refining mini-games within Triumph’s Unity ecosystem, contributing directly to core business metrics. Your primary responsibility will be to develop engaging, high-quality mobile mini-games from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless gameplay, intuitive UI, and optimal performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate rapidly, improve development pipelines, and implement features that enhance user experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of our gaming portfolio, work on innovative projects, and grow within a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional Unity development experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills
• Solid understanding of game architecture and mobile platform constraints
• Proficiency in C# programming within Unity
• Experience shipping complete games or prototypes, either professionally or personally
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from initial concept to final release

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine mobile mini-games within Triumph’s Unity framework
• Own the gameplay experience, UI design, performance optimization, and integrations

• Collaborate with team members to iterate quickly and deliver high-quality features
• Manage projects independently, taking ideas from concept to production with minimal oversight
• Continuously improve game quality through testing, feedback, and iteration
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes
