Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Systems Engineer (5+ years) with strong expertise across hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity, and security to design, implement, and operationally own core infrastructure environments across a multi-tenant managed services landscape.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft identity platforms, and security frameworks — and brings a mindset of standardization, automation, operational maturity, and compliance to every environment they support.

Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure Ownership:
Design, implement, and operationally own hybrid infrastructure and cloud environments across multiple tenants, including Azure, AWS, and identity-driven architectures.
Standardized Solution Development:
Lead the development of secure, scalable, and standardized managed service solutions that can be consistently deployed across client environments.
Microsoft Platform Architecture & Administration:
Architect, administer, and optimize Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Conditional Access, Zero Trust frameworks, and modern endpoint management with Microsoft Intune.
Monitoring & Reliability Strategy:
Lead monitoring strategy, performance optimization, patch management programs, vulnerability management, and system reliability initiatives to maintain high availability.
Cybersecurity & Compliance Leadership:
Drive cybersecurity and compliance initiatives aligned with HIPAA, NIST, CIS, and industry best practices across diverse client infrastructures.
Technical Escalation & Incident Management:
Serve as a primary technical escalation point and lead root cause analysis for complex or high-impact infrastructure and security incidents.
Operational Standards & Documentation:
Establish and enhance documentation, governance frameworks, and operational standards to improve consistency, transparency, and service delivery maturity.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior or advanced Systems Engineer role within a multi-tenant or managed services environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS hybrid cloud environments.
- Deep expertise across Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and Intune.
- Experience leading monitoring, patching, vulnerability management, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance standards including HIPAA, NIST, and CIS.
- Experience acting as a technical escalation point and leading complex incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated experience driving automation, configuration management, and infrastructure standardization initiatives.
- Strong documentation skills and commitment to operational governance and best practices.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to service delivery maturity and scalability.
