Identify, define, and document technical requirements for the Employee Experience (EX) reporting panel in Jira

Requirements
Proven experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in HR, EX, or transformation programmes
Strong experience in requirements engineering and structured documentation (Jira-based workflows)
