UI/UX Designer Intern (Full-time) for EdTech Platform

Role Overview:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer Intern Full-time for 2-3 months to assist in designing and refining our new product: an interactive classroom learning platform. This is a fully remote internship focused on developing structured, user-centered design solutions that support teachers and students in live classroom environments. The intern will work closely with the product lead, curriculum designer, and Unity developer to translate educational concepts into intuitive and effective digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design user flows and wireframes based on defined curriculum and feature requirements.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups for classroom-facing interfaces.
- Develop interactive prototypes to validate usability and interaction logic.
- Design and refine UI components while maintaining consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate with Unity developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Contribute to the creation of a basic design system (components, layouts, visual guidelines).
- Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on designs based on user testing insights.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong skills in wireframing, mockups, and prototyping (using Figma or similar tools).
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user-centered design thinking.
- Ability to create clean and intuitive interface layouts.
- Basic understanding of front-end development workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
- Analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving approach.
- Interest in educational technology and classroom learning environments.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A portfolio demonstrating interface design work (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
- Familiarity with usability testing or interaction design principles is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
