Centralized on one dashboard, it enables HR teams and expatriates to collaborate seamlessly in real-time. The platform ensures legal compliance through expert guidance, automated reminders, and access to the latest required documents and IND forms. We are a growing scale-up and looking for hands-on candidates willing to grow towards a management role later.

Role Description

This is a full-time / 32 hour hybrid role for a Chief Marketing Officer based in The Hague, with opportunities for remote work. In this position, the CMO will oversee the marketing strategy, including market research, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns. At start, it's a hands-on role but with the opportunity to grow your team later. We are challenging the world of visa/relocation and compliancy and big names already joined our platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Marketing Management to lead campaigns
• Hands-on, willingness to execute email marketing campaigns, create relevant content, publish blog articles, think of future ways to reach our decision makers
• Enthusiastic, energetic personality

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Living in the area of the Randstad (we are in The Hague)
• Fluent English, dutch is a big plus
• Experience with Hubspot, Canva is a plus
