Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, use cases, and functional/non-functional specifications.
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for the development team.
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing systems or processes.
Develop user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to clearly articulate requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
Ensure stakeholders’ needs are prioritized and incorporated into project deliverables.
Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups as part of an Agile development process.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, scenarios, and supporting defect resolution.
Review and validate software deliverables against requirements to ensure quality and alignment.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional requirement specifications, and user manuals.

Job Description


We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our client team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that software solutions meet business objectives and deliver value. With a strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management, the BA will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of software projects. 


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Min 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). 
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart…). 
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
