- Lead and oversee sales, marketing, business development, and customer service functions
- Manage marketing and advertising initiatives, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through training, communication, and leadership
- Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales and marketing efforts with broader business goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support key business development opportunities
- Ensure timely execution of sales and marketing initiatives and adherence to deadlines
- Travel periodically to support customers, partners, or business development activities

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership or sales management, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or sales management software preferred
- Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making
