Senior QA Automation & Performance Engineer (Adobe Experience Cloud)

Location: Madrid, Spain — Hybrid (50% remote) or Fully Remote

Job Type: Contract — Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation & Performance Engineer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Cloud and modern web technologies. You will work on designing, developing, and testing new components for an AEM-managed site.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Playwright
• Create E2E, functional, and regression test suites
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Use cloud testing tools like SauceLabs for cross-browser and multi-device validation

Performance Engineering

• Develop and execute load, stress, and scalability tests
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Prepare performance dashboards and reports
• Contribute to performance testing strategy and best practices

Functional & Manual Testing

• Execute manual tests for complex features
• Work with product, UX, and development teams to ensure testability

Adobe & Web Technologies

• Test and validate AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch implementations
• Support quality across Adobe-based digital experiences

Collaboration & Tools

• Work with Dev and DevOps teams on issue triage and debugging
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Use tools such as Salesforce, Jira, ALM Octane
