The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Security & Alarm System Engineer to lead our security and alarm offerings, manage projects and technicians, and be a key face of the company with customers. This is a full-time, career-track role for an experienced alarm technician ready to step into leadership.​

What You Will Do

Lead design, installation, programming, and service of primarily residential intrusion and IP surveillance systems.

Assist in the implement and standardize a new company-wide security and alarm program (procedures, standards, best practices).​

Supervise, mentor, and train technicians, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.​

Conduct site visits, system walkthroughs, and client training with a professional, customer-focused approach.​

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network related issues in the field.​What

We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience as a security/alarm systems technician (intrusion, cameras, access control, low-voltage).​

Previous leadership, foreman, or management experience overseeing other technicians or projects.​

Strong technical skills in security systems and basic networking (IP cameras, NVRs, routers/switches).​

Professional, capable, and competent, with excellent social skills for sales support and customer relations.

Valid driver’s license and ability to work on ladders, in attics, and on active job sites.​

Nice to Have

Experience integrating security systems with home automation/AV solutions.​

Manufacturer certifications or state low-voltage licenses.​
