We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support a secure, high-performance enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in network architecture, routing and switching, and advanced security platforms — with particular emphasis on Illumio (micro-segmentation), Imperva (WAF/data security), and Check Point (next-generation firewalls). The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on production experience, and the ability to lead complex infrastructure and security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage complex network architectures across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Azure cloud environments.
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Check Point firewalls, Illumio micro-segmentation policies, and Imperva WAF and data security solutions to protect enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Partner with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and IT teams to integrate network security controls into all infrastructure initiatives.
- Own network security lifecycle management, including rule reviews, segmentation strategy updates, patching, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
- Lead network infrastructure projects from planning and design through deployment, documentation, and operational transition.
- Evaluate and recommend new networking and security technologies to enhance performance, scalability, and protection against evolving cyber threats.
- Manage hardware and software upgrades, configuration changes, and system optimizations across routing, switching, and security platforms.
- Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, segmentation policies, firewall rule sets, and compliance artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.
