We're looking for a Creative Director who knows how to turn personal brands into viral stories. You'll help our roster of digital creators build distinct identities, storylines, and content systems that connect, convert, and scale — across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

What You'll Do

· Develop brand strategy and visual direction tailored to each creator's niche

· Build content frameworks and viral hooks that align with brand personality

· Lead and refine creative ideas and storytelling approaches across projects

· Analyze growth metrics and adjust creative strategies to optimize engagement and conversions

What We're Looking For

· Strong sense of brand identity — creators need to stand out and be recognizable, and you should understand the core concepts behind that

· Deep understanding of short-form content trends, hooks, and transitions

· Ability to think both creatively and analytically, balancing visuals with results

· Self-starter mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills

· Solid understanding of video quality, lighting, and audio
