Dr. Vorobjev Clinic (part of Swiss Medica Group) runs high-value medical programs and complex treatment cases. This role is for a hands-on performance marketer who can independently optimize, scale, and clearly explain results.

β€’ Meta & Google Ads performance (hands-on)

β€’ Scaling monthly paid budgets starting from €20,000+

β€’ Budget allocation and performance-driven scaling decisions

β€’ Improving CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return On Ad Spend)

β€’ Full-funnel optimisation: from click β†’ qualified lead

β€’ Alignment with sales on lead quality and targets

β€’ Agency supervision and KPI control

β€’ Forecasting and revenue-linked reporting


βœ… Mandatory

β€’ 3+ years in performance marketing

β€’ Personally managed €20,000+ monthly ad budgets

β€’ Hands-on optimisation in Meta & Google (not only strategic oversight)

β€’ Proven cases of scaling + improving CPL / CPA

β€’ Strong understanding of lead qualification and conversion metrics
