OnSolve is an Australian-based BPO and technology support company providing digital and operational solutions to businesses across industries including healthcare and professional services.
We are looking for a reliable IT Specialist to support our infrastructure, websites, and digital platforms while working remotely with our international team aligned to Melbourne business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email servers, hosting environments, and virtual servers
- Maintain VoIP and PBX systems
- Support WordPress websites and web-based applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure strong security practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support internal digital tools (e.g. Notion)

Required Skills
- Experience in IT support, infrastructure, or web development
