Overview & Responsibilities:
- Work with a leading professional services firm as the Sales Enablement AI Engineering Director. You will serve as the visionary lead and "hands-on" architect for the North American Sales AI Ecosystem. This is a high-stakes, fast-paced initiative designed to transform sales operations—from prospecting to proposal creation—using cutting-edge agentic AI. You will partner closely with the lead platform engineer to deliver a scalable, secure AI infrastructure that leverages the firm’s deep investment in the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will…
- Design, build, and refine agentic AI tools and ecosystems specifically for sales tasks like research, client insights, and content generation.
- Execute the technical build-out using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, including Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and Loopio.
- Act as a proactive technical advisor, identifying native Microsoft capabilities and out-of-the-box features to accelerate deployment.
- Orchestrate development and monitoring workflows with a global support team, including offshore resources in India.
- Transition tactical manual efforts into automated AI environments to increase "speed to play" for the business development team.
- Document reusable AI patterns and architectures to ensure the ecosystem is scalable and secure.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI, architecture, or technical enablement roles.
- Expert-level, hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI stack, specifically Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
- Deep technical proficiency in LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Python/API orchestration.
- Proven track record of moving AI projects from pilot to large-scale enterprise deployment.
- Strong understanding of sales environments or professional services landscapes.
- Ability to work 100% autonomously in a "hands-on" capacity without immediate coaching/management duties.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
