Key Responsibilities

• Supporting approved digital communication and outreach activities
• Managing inbound enquiries related to leadership and personal development programs
• Conducting scheduled Zoom discussions with prospective participants
• Maintaining accurate communication records
• Participating in ongoing virtual training sessions

This role does not involve cold calling, inventory handling, or product creation.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain effective client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen to client needs
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on identifying and resolving client challenges effectively
• Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Service and facilitating exceptional Customer Experience
• Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment with excellent time management skills
• Experience in client engagement, account management, or a related role is advantageous
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth
