Role Summary

We’re hiring a hands-on, full-stack creative to own everything visual at estaie—brand identity, performance creatives, motion content, investor decks, web assets, and localized design for the Middle East.

This is a maker role, not a manager role: you will concept, design, animate, iterate, and ship high-quality creative independently—while leveraging AI tools to accelerate output without compromising craft.

Key Responsibilities1) Brand Identity & Design Systems
  • Build, evolve, and maintain estaie’s visual identity: typography, color, iconography, layout, and motion language.
  • Create brand guidelines, templates, and reusable components for scalable execution.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints: digital, print, motion, product, and sales collateral.
2) Social Media & Marketing Content (Organic + Performance)
  • Design platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook: reels, stories, carousels, short-form video, thumbnails.
  • Produce conversion-driven creatives for growth: ads, banners, newsletters, landing page visuals, Google Ads assets.
  • Rapidly iterate variations for performance testing with a structured creative pipeline.
3) Motion, Video & Animation
  • Produce motion graphics, product explainers, reels, and brand films end-to-end: editing, compositing, pacing, and sound sync.
  • Create lightweight motion systems (intros/outros, transitions, kinetic type) that make the brand feel premium and modern.
4) Presentations, Infographics & Communication Design
  • Design executive-ready decks for investors, partners, and internal leadership (Google Slides / PowerPoint / Keynote).
  • Translate complex data into clear infographics and strategic storytelling visuals.
5) Localization & Cultural Adaptation (Middle East Focus)
  • Adapt creative for Middle Eastern audiences, respecting cultural nuance, bilingual layouts (EN/AR), and visual conventions.
  • Ensure localization is not “translation”—it’s market-fit design.
Tools & Capabilities

Must-Have (Core):

  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
  • Social video tooling: CapCut, Captions.ai (or equivalent)
  • Deck design: Google Slides / PowerPoint / Keynote
  • UI/UX: Figma (or Adobe XD)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Optional 3D / interactive: Blender, Spline, Rive
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in graphic design/brand /motion / digital storytelling.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strength in brand systems, social & marketing creatives, motion/video, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tracks independently with high reliability.
  • Strong fundamentals: typography, grid/layout, color theory, composition.
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-moving startup where quality and speed both matter.
