Senior UX/Product Designer for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

UX / Product Designer - Power BI, Wireframing, Solution Design | Remote | £375 - £425 per day

We're working with a leading data-driven consultancy specialist on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact, Outside IR35 role designed for a specialist who can transform complex data analytics into seamless, user-centric visual experiences.

As a UX/CX expert, you will bridge the gap between heavy technical data requirements and intuitive dashboard aesthetics. You’ll be working at pace to deliver scalable solution designs that turn raw Power BI data into actionable business insights for key stakeholders.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end UX/CX design process for urgent, large-scale data analytics and BI initiatives.

• Architect high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed user flows to simplify complex data sets.

• Design and optimize sophisticated Power BI dashboards to ensure maximum accessibility and user engagement.

• Translate intricate business and technical requirements into scalable, robust solution designs.

• Collaborate directly with cross-functional product, data, and engineering teams to validate and iterate on design decisions.

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience as a UX / Product Designer specifically within heavy Data Analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) environments.

• Advanced hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard design and reporting visualization techniques.

• Mastery of industry-standard wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) for interaction design.

• Proven ability to deliver full-lifecycle solution design across digital products in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a portfolio demonstrating the translation of complex data into intuitive UI.
