Wir suchen einen motivierten und detailorientierten Senior Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) der unser wachsendes Finanzteam verstärkt und aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens beiträgt.

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in unseren Finanzprozessen und sorgst für eine präzise und zeitnahe Berichterstattung.

Du analysierst finanzielle Daten, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und stellst sicher, dass alle Rechnungslegungsstandards eingehalten werden.

• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Aufbau eines automatisierten und zukunftsorientierten Finanzbereichs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team
• Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich sämtliche in der Finanzbuchhaltung anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle (Rechnungskontrolle, Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen-, Sachkonten- und Bankbuchhaltung), setzt neue Anforderungen um und stellst dadurch eine jederzeit korrekte Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sicher
• Du wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie externen Audits mit
• Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Finanzprozesse, um Effizienzsteigerungen zu erreichen
• Du unterstützt bei Intercompanyabstimmungen und dem Transferpricing, sowie der monatlichen Konsolidierung aller Gesellschaften
• Du repräsentierst das Finanzteam gegenüber externen Partnern (z. B. Lieferanten und Beratern) und arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen zusammen

• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter(in), Steuerfachangestellte(r) oder Steuerfachwirt(in), idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld)
• Du hast bereits fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung nach HGB, optional IFRS
• Du hast sehr gute  DATEV und Excel Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Spend-Management Systemen
• Du verfügst über gutes analytisches Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
