Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues including login/access, performance, updates, drivers, VPN, Wi-Fi, and printing
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) with basic user and admin tasks
Provision, image, deploy, and secure endpoints (encryption, security tools, standard software)
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes including accounts, licenses, MFA, and device setup/returns
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, label printers, VoIP/Teams Phone, and other peripherals
Perform basic network troubleshooting (DHCP/DNS, cabling, VLAN awareness, switch ports) and escalate as needed
Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and knowledge base articles
Assist with endpoint compliance, patching, AV/EDR tools, and security best practices
Technical Skills Required
Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 Active Directory Intune/Endpoint Manager PowerShell CompTIA A+/Network+

Job Description


  • Provide Tier 1โ€“2 technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues including login/access, performance, updates, drivers, VPN, Wi-Fi, and printing
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) with basic user and admin tasks
  • Provision, image, deploy, and secure endpoints (encryption, security tools, standard software)
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes including accounts, licenses, MFA, and device setup/returns
  • Troubleshoot printers, scanners, label printers, VoIP/Teams Phone, and other peripherals
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (DHCP/DNS, cabling, VLAN awareness, switch ports) and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with endpoint compliance, patching, AV/EDR tools, and security best practices
  • 2+ years IT support experience required; familiarity with Active Directory, Intune/Endpoint Manager, PowerShell, and CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred
