Job Description

Product Manager – Shopify

£75 000 a year +10% bonus

Futureheads have exclusively partnered in looking for a hands‑on Product Manager to own and evolve the international B2C subscription and ecommerce experience for a fast‑growing consumer brand, built on a Shopify‑based commerce stack. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, growth and UX – focused on improving customer journeys, conversion and revenue across multiple markets, all in a fully remote setup.

You’ll take ownership of a clear set of UX outcomes (entry points, flows, performance) and deliver measurable improvements through structured discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and iteration. Day‑to‑day, you’ll partner with engineering, design, marketing, operations, analytics, retention and CX to ship features that customers love and that move key commercial metrics in the right direction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with ecommerce, marketing and technology stakeholders to define requirements and prioritise enhancements to the digital product experience.
  • Owning the product backlog, managing experimentation and releases, and ensuring new features drive measurable gains in customer experience and conversion.
  • Making sure on‑site changes are consistent with brand guidelines and storytelling while still being performance‑driven.
  • Partnering closely with analytics to define and track key metrics at both overall and feature level.
  • Translating data into AB tests, requirements and feature ideas that inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Sharing insights and recommendations with leadership to guide growth priorities.
  • Aligning product improvements with launches, campaigns, optimisation experiments and promotional activity.
  • Managing relationships with external partners and agencies where relevant.

Who you are:

  • You’re data‑driven and love turning numbers and behaviour into clear experiments and decisions.
  • You’re customer‑obsessed, always viewing the site and flows through the eyes of the user.
  • You’re a creative problem‑solver, able to balance polished brand experiences with hard performance goals.
  • You’re curious and experimental, comfortable running tests, learning quickly and iterating.
  • You’re a strong collaborator, building easy relationships with business, product, design and tech teams.
  • You’re organised and detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple streams of work without dropping the ball.
  • You’re results‑oriented, measuring success in terms of both customer delight and business impact.

What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years’ experience in ecommerce product management, AB experimentation, CRO or digital optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with modern analytics tools and experimentation platforms.
  • Solid understanding of DTC ecommerce best practices; experience in premium consumer, beauty, fragrance or lifestyle brands is a plus, not a must.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with technical, design and creative stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Note this role is for a US scale-up who work through Deel so while you will have PTO, benefits and bonus - you will be in effect self employed with a 2-3 weeks notice.
