Job Description

Who we are

Hammer Media is the digital powerhouse behind Caleb Hammer and the hit show Financial Audit—one of the fastest-growing channels on the internet with over 3 billion views. To turn that massive reach into a lasting impact, we’ve launched Dollarwise, a financial health platform that gives users the actual tools they need to fix their money habits.

Together, we’re building an ecosystem where entertainment meets accountability, and we’re looking for a high-performance marketer to help us scale it.

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist is a hands-on marketing automation and funnel expert who will own the build, optimization, and execution of high-converting funnels across all Hammer Media products. In this role, you’ll be the in-house GoHighLevel specialist—partnering closely with Marketing and Creative to launch, test, and iterate funnels, landing pages, and email automations at speed. You’ll translate strategy into execution, continuously improving conversion rates, user experience, and performance in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

This role is based in our Austin, TX office and requires you to be in the office five days a week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize sales funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel for all Hammer Media products
  • Create and manage email workflow automations and CRM sequences aligned with marketing strategy and campaign needs
  • Collaborate with the Paid Advertising Manager, Senior Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and Project Manager to execute funnel builds and updates
  • Design and implement A/B tests for funnels, landing pages, and email workflows to improve conversion rates
  • Respond quickly to urgent requests for single-page funnels, popup updates, banner changes, and landing page modifications
  • Integrate and manage GoHighLevel functionality including payment processors, analytics tracking, and marketing automation tools
  • Handle minor customer service tasks and CRM management within GoHighLevel as needed
  • Serve as the in-house GoHighLevel expert, troubleshooting issues and maximizing platform capabilities
  • Execute funnel strategy provided by the Head of Marketing and Paid Advertising Manager with speed and accuracy
  • Ensure all funnels and automations are optimized for user experience, conversion, and brand consistency

Who You Are:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management
  • Proven ability to build and optimize high-converting funnels
  • Proficient in major funnel and page-building platforms, specifically GoHighLevel
  • Demonstrated ability to build analytics reports and dashboards
  • Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, user psychology, and conversion rate optimization
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities shift and speed matters without sacrificing quality

Why Join Us? (The Perks):

We are an in-office team in East Austin because we believe the best ideas happen when we’re in the same room. Our culture is high-energy, collaborative, and focused on radical accountability.

  • Relocation Assistance: Not in Austin? No problem. We provide a relocation package to help the right candidate join us here
  • Awesome Office & Team: Work from our East Austin office with a stocked snack bar, catered lunches, and a team that actually likes spending time together
  • Unlimited PTO: We trust you to manage your time and your results
  • Health & Wealth: Comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) with a company match.
  • Lunch & Events: Daily lunch stipend and quarterly team-building activities (we go big on our events)
