Our client is seeking a strategic HR Director with the ability to create a best-in-class Human Resources function to support a fast-growing organization. As a key leader, this excellent communicator will influence and blend cultures while actively identifying and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top talent. A hands-on role in a lean and agile organization, requiring a strategic thinker who is also comfortable with day-to-day execution. This mission critical position is essential for the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Build and scale HR infrastructure, policies, and processes to support both clinical and non-clinical teams across multiple locations.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top clinical and administrative talent.
- Develop and execute retention initiatives, including career pathing, performance management, and succession planning.

M&A and Integration Support
- Lead HR due diligence and post-close integration of acquired practices or entities, ensuring cultural alignment, employee communication, and benefits onboarding.
- Standardize policies and practices across new acquisitions to align with enterprise objectives.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Foster a values-based, performance-oriented culture with strong employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance

- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA).
HR Technology & Analytics
- Implement and optimize HRIS systems and leverage data to drive insights into workforce trends, turnover, and engagement.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in multi-site healthcare services, physician practice management, or a similar growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a high growth, multi-site and acquisitive organization strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in M&A HR integration, change management, and culture-building.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare HR compliance, employment law, and labor regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
