Conduct internal investigations and manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Act as a change leader across transformation initiatives and business evolution

HR Business Partner

Fully Remote, ideally based in the Toronto area

Drive Business Performance Through Strategic People Leadership

We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who wants more than an advisory role. This is a strategic, high-impact position where you will shape workforce strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and directly influence business performance across North America and global markets.

You will partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business goals—driving workforce planning, organizational design, succession readiness, performance management, and employee engagement.

If you are a commercially minded HRBP who uses data, influence, and credibility to move the business forward, this role gives you enterprise visibility and opportunity for measurable impact.

What You Will Own

This role exists to ensure our talent strategy accelerates business results. You will:

  • Partner with executives to improve organizational capability, performance management, and OKR execution

What You Bring

We are looking for a commercially strong HR Business Partner who understands how people decisions impact financial outcomes.

  • 5 plus years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a complex organization
  • Demonstrated success aligning HR strategy with business growth objectives
  • Strong experience in workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, and leadership development
  • Deep knowledge of Canadian employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to guide decisions
  • Experience managing employee relations cases and workplace investigations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for executives
  • Experience supporting hybrid, distributed and matrixed teams

CHRP or CHRL designation or international equivalent is an asset.

What Majesco Offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 CAD.

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within Canada. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
