We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who wants more than an advisory role. This is a strategic, high-impact position where you will shape workforce strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and directly influence business performance across North America and global markets.
You will partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business goals—driving workforce planning, organizational design, succession readiness, performance management, and employee engagement.
If you are a commercially minded HRBP who uses data, influence, and credibility to move the business forward, this role gives you enterprise visibility and opportunity for measurable impact.
What You Will Own
This role exists to ensure our talent strategy accelerates business results. You will:
- Partner with executives to improve organizational capability, performance management, and OKR execution
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance outcomes, compensation decisions, and complex people matters
- Influence strategic workforce planning and organizational design to ensure workforce readiness and alignment with corporate goals
- Drive succession planning and high-potential development, strengthening leadership bench strength and business continuity
- Use HR and business data to influence decisions, reduce risk, and improve productivity
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve hiring velocity, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes
- Design and enhance onboarding programs across regions, ensuring compliance and measurable new-hire engagement
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that increase retention and strengthen culture
- Conduct internal investigations and manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Act as a change leader across transformation initiatives and business evolution

We are looking for a commercially strong HR Business Partner who understands how people decisions impact financial outcomes.
- 5 plus years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a complex organization
- Demonstrated success aligning HR strategy with business growth objectives
- Strong experience in workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, and leadership development
- Deep knowledge of Canadian employment law and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to guide decisions
- Experience managing employee relations cases and workplace investigations
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for executives
- Experience supporting hybrid, distributed and matrixed teams

What Majesco Offers:
Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 CAD.

It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
