We’re looking for a Senior Xamarin Developer to join our team and contribute to its continued growth.

Locations:

• Warsaw, Poland (B2B contract directly with Softeq, 100% remote work)
• Vilnius, Lithuania (employment or B2B contract, hybrid/remote work)

Responsibilities:

• Lead greenfield .NET MAUI projects and Xamarin to MAUI migrations;
• Design scalable, modern cross-platform architecture from scratch;
• Implement new features and whole apps using the latest MAUI capabilities;
• Assign tasks, mentor junior and mid-level developers;

• Perform code reviews with focus on MAUI best practices and performance;
• Choose and implement cutting-edge technologies and approaches;
• Estimate efforts and timelines for MAUI development and migrations;
• Solve the toughest technical and performance problems;
• Actively share knowledge about .NET MAUI within the mobile chapter.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial mobile cross-platform development with Xamarin and/or .NET MAUI;
• 2+ years of active hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (real shipped apps or large-scale migrations from Xamarin → MAUI);
• Deep knowledge and production experience with .NET 6/7/8/9, MAUI, XAML, MVVM (preferably CommunityToolkit.Mvvm or MauiReactor/Comet);
• Proven track record of building new .NET MAUI applications from scratch and/or successful migration of large Xamarin codebases to MAUI;
• Strong architecture skills: clean architecture, modular design, dependency injection, multi-targeting;
• Excellent C# skills, deep understanding of async/await, memory management, performance optimization on mobile;

• Experience leading mobile projects or acting as a tech lead;
• Good team player, mentoring skills, ability to explain complex things simply;
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Blazor Hybrid inside MAUI;
• Native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) skills for platform-specific fine-tuning;
• Contributions to .NET MAUI GitHub repo, plugins, or active participation in MAUI community;
• Experience with .NET Hot Reload, MAUI Graphics, MAUI Community Toolkit;
• CI/CD for MAUI apps (App Center, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
