Immigration & Visa Management:
- Acts as the main expert and contact point for all Thai immigration, visa, and work permit matters for foreign employees and dependents.
- Prepare, submit, and track all necessary documentation for new applications, renewals, and cancellations for current expatriates (including Non-B visas, Work Permits, Re-Entry Permits, etc.).
- Monitors updates in Thai immigration and labor laws, ensuring company policies remain compliant.
- Provides timely advice to HR and management, and coordinates with legal counsel or authorities to resolve complex cases.

- Oversees end-to-end relocation for international hires, including housing, travel, and settling-in arrangements.
- Manages mobility budgets and expenses, and prepares assignment letters, cost projections, and compensation communication for expatriates.
- Serves as the main liaison for relocating employees, offering clear and empathetic support throughout their transition.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Payroll, Operations) to ensure a smooth onboarding and compliant employment lifecycle.

- Immigration Expertise (preferred): Demonstrable knowledge and familiarity with Thai Immigration Law, Thai visa categories (especially Non-B), and Work Permit regulations and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanity, Law or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English, both speaking and writing, for effective communication with expatriate employees, foreign vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Thai is highly desirable for liaising with government agencies.
- Administrative & Technical Skills:
- Proven ability to handle complex administration, manage high volumes of documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong proficiency in Google suites and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Immigration Expertise (preferred): Demonstrable knowledge and familiarity with Thai Immigration Law, Thai visa categories (especially Non-B), and Work Permit regulations and processes.
