Pay Range: $67.00 – $74.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer (.NET / SQL Server) to design, develop, and support enterprise web and database applications for a leading automotive and finance organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET full stack development, C#, and SQL Server, with the ability to manage the full software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to testing and deployment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple project deadlines, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to analyze needs and customize solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale web and database applications.
• Complete all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and support.
• Record work progress on a weekly basis and provide accurate documentation.
• Support and maintain multiple concurrent projects and meet project deadlines.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of multi-part system projects.
• Ensure software is developed with clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Required Skills & Experience

• Full Stack .NET Development with SQL Server expertise.
• Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in C# and familiarity with .NET Framework and .NET Core.

• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principles.
• Experience developing web applications, databases, and hosting environments.
• Familiarity with SQL and CSS for database and UI development.

Desired / Preferred Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred).
• Experience developing cloud-integrated or multi-tier applications.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating reporting or analytics tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
• Experience in automotive or financial services industries.
