What This Journey Looks Like
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our client’s growing engineering team. This is a fully remote position supporting a U.S.-based company, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native technologies, and thrives in distributed, fast-paced environments.
What You'll Lead And Build
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure in AWS
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Enforce security best practices across cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps practices and tooling

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or similar)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
- Experience working in distributed/remote teams
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken)
