Lead executive LinkedIn content for Virio's top client accounts, working directly with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and Heads of GTM
Run executive content strategy sessions with clients to define positioning, ICP narrative, posting cadence, and content formats
Personally review, edit, and approve executive posts across text, images, and carousels before publishing
Work weekly with Virio's engineering and product teams to translate executive content workflows into AI product features
Define how briefs, drafts, edits, approvals, and iteration should be automated or supported by AI
Test the AI product using live client content and provide detailed feedback on quality, accuracy, and usability
Partner with Sales and Client Services to ensure executive content supports active deals, renewals, and expansions
Lead quarterly content reviews with clients and internal teams to reset strategy and priorities
Hire and manage senior content strategists and creators as the team scales

Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)

Compensation: $500K–$1.5M total annual compensation

About The Role

The Head of CEO Content is a senior operator role for someone who has already built and scaled executive LinkedIn content in the real world, typically as a founder or leader of an agency or consultancy doing exactly this work. You will own executive content strategy and outcomes across Virio’s most important clients while also helping build the product that powers this motion. This role sits at the intersection of executive storytelling, B2B GTM, and product development, with direct influence over how Virio’s AI platform is designed based on real workflows, edge cases, and operator judgment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead executive LinkedIn content for Virio’s top client accounts, working directly with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and Heads of GTM
  • Run executive content strategy sessions with clients to define positioning, ICP narrative, posting cadence, and content formats
  • Personally review, edit, and approve executive posts across text, images, and carousels before publishing
  • Provide direct feedback to writers, strategists, and creators producing executive content
  • Track performance across engagement quality, audience growth, inbound interest, and sales relevance, and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Work weekly with Virio’s engineering and product teams to translate executive content workflows into AI product features
  • Define how briefs, drafts, edits, approvals, and iteration should be automated or supported by AI
  • Test the AI product using live client content and provide detailed feedback on quality, accuracy, and usability
  • Partner with Sales and Client Services to ensure executive content supports active deals, renewals, and expansions
